  • What equipment do I need to participate?
    We provide boxing gloves and hand wraps during the sessions. You'll need to bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a small towel. As you progress, you may want to purchase your own gloves and wraps, but it's not mandatory.
  • Do I need any prior boxing experience to join this program?
    No prior boxing experience is necessary. Our program is designed for beginners and will teach you the fundamentals of boxing from the ground up.
  • Is this program suitable for weight loss?
    Yes, absolutely! Boxing is an excellent full-body workout that can burn a significant number of calories. Combined with our conditioning exercises and nutritional guidance, many participants see noticeable weight loss results.
  • What if I can't keep up with the intensity of the workouts?
    Don't worry! We are experienced in working with people of all fitness levels. We'll help you modify exercises as needed and gradually increase intensity as your fitness improves. The goal is to challenge yourself, but at a pace that's right for you.
  • How often are the training sessions?
    The program includes 3 sessions per week, each lasting about 60 minutes. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate different lifestyles.
