BOXING FOR SKILL

The high intensity of boxing makes it one of the most effective ways to lose weight. During a typical boxing workout you can burn up to 750kcal as well as target all muscle groups, including the lower body. 

The boxing for skill programme will focus on building authentic boxing technique and provide you with a greater understanding for the sport. You will start by learning the fundamentals of boxing and progress to more complex techniques and real life boxing scenarios.

 

The programme will include traditional boxing drills that help promote balance, coordination and overall fitness. Training 1-1 with your coach allows you to get in depth and personalised feedback that isn't possible in a class setting. This means that you are able to see improvements in skill a lot quicker. Whether you are looking to compete in the ring or are looking to gain more confidence through self defence this programme allows you to learn the art of boxing at your own pace.
