At Boxroom we ensure you are able to learn the fundamentals of boxing whilst achieving a great cardiovascular workout. You will be put on a personalised programme that includes boxing, HIIT and strength and conditioning elements. The programme requires you to train at least 3 times per week (at least twice with your trainer and once independently). Nutritional support and guidance will also be provided throughout enabling you to get the most out of your training and reach your desired results.
